Stri Kala sells Indian women’s wear and related fashion products.
We make reasonable efforts to display product details, colors, fabric information, sizing, pricing, and availability accurately. However, minor differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, fabric dye lots, and production batches.
Pricing
All product prices are listed on the website.
Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order placement will apply to that order.
Stri Kala reserves the right to correct pricing errors, listing errors, or technical errors.
Orders
After placing an order, customers will receive order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or website notification.
Order confirmation does not always mean final acceptance. Stri Kala reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, payment failure, fraud suspicion, incorrect details, courier limitations, or technical errors.
Payments
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, COD, and other available payment options.
For prepaid orders, dispatch will begin after successful payment confirmation.
For COD orders, customers must make payment at the time of delivery.
Stri Kala is not responsible for payment delays, failed transactions, or bank/payment gateway technical issues.
Shipping
Stri Kala ships across India.
Orders are usually dispatched within 7 days after order confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 days after dispatch, depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, weather, local conditions, and operational factors.
Shipping is currently free.
We may use Shiprocket, Blue Dart, India Post, and other major courier partners in India.
Returns, Exchanges And Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Customers must raise return or exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery.
Sale items, discounted items, customized products, and altered products are not returnable or exchangeable.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
