Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order only before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Prepaid Order Cancellation

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing usually takes around 7 working days after cancellation approval.

Actual credit time may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

COD Order Cancellation

COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer care.

Repeated refusal of COD orders or fake order attempts may result in Stri Kala refusing future COD service to the customer.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

The customer may raise a return or exchange request after delivery, subject to the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Stri Kalaโ€™s Right To Cancel Orders

Stri Kala reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as:

  • Product out of stock
  • Pricing or listing error
  • Payment failure
  • Incorrect address
  • Suspected fraudulent order
  • Courier service unavailability
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Any other operational or technical issue

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Stri Kala, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
