At Stri Kala, we design and deliver Indian wear with care. We request customers to read this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order on www.strikala.com.

By placing an order with Stri Kala, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Return & Exchange Window

Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours from the time/date of delivery.

Requests received after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Please mention your order number, registered phone number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos of the product.

Eligibility For Return Or Exchange

A product may be eligible for return or exchange only if:

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused.
  • The product is unwashed.
  • The product is undamaged.
  • The product has all original tags attached.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, wherever possible.
  • The product has no perfume smell, stains, marks, body odor, makeup marks, or signs of wear.

Stri Kala reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the product fails our quality inspection.

Non-Returnable And Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Discounted items
  • Customized products
  • Altered products
  • Used products
  • Washed products
  • Damaged products
  • Products without tags
  • Products with perfume smell, stains, marks, or signs of use

Return Shipping Responsibility

If the error is from Stri Kala’s side, such as wrong product, wrong size sent, or defective product, Stri Kala will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return or exchange is due to the customer’s reason, such as wrong size ordered, change of mind, incorrect address, or personal preference, Stri Kala will not arrange reverse pickup. In such cases, the customer must send the product back at their own cost.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used by the customer.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated after the returned product is received and successfully inspected by Stri Kala.

Refunds usually take around 7 working days to process after approval. The final credit timeline may depend on the customer’s bank, payment gateway, or payment service provider.

For COD orders, refund details may be requested from the customer and processed through a suitable digital payment method, subject to verification.

Exchange Process

If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched based on stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, Stri Kala may offer:

  • Another available size
  • Another product of similar value
  • Store credit
  • Refund, where applicable and approved

Quality Check

All returned products will go through a quality check. If the product is found used, washed, damaged, altered, without tags, or unsuitable for resale, the return/exchange/refund will be rejected.

In such cases, the product may be sent back to the customer, and additional shipping charges may apply.
